When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a contract between you and Babyliss Care Shop.

Pricing:

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – £12.95
• Free Shipping: EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) – Free on orders over £50

Delivery Areas:

We ship worldwide except to select remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, including customs processing.

Risk and Ownership:

Products become your responsibility once delivered to the address you provided. Ownership of products transfers to you when we receive full payment.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility:

You may return most items within 15 days of receipt provided they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following if seals are broken or products have been used:

• Deodorants
• Bath & Shower Gels
• Bath Oils & Soaks
• Bubble Bath
• Electric Toothbrushes (unless faulty)
• All other opened Bath & Body products

Electrical items may only be returned if faulty or defective.

Return Process:

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
