Order Processing

We pride ourselves on swift order processing. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing. We do not ship to a select few remote regions and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products if the seal has been broken or if they have been used:

  • Deodorant
  • Bath & Shower Gel
  • Bath Oils & Soaks
  • Bubble Bath
  • Electric Toothbrushes (unless faulty)
  • All other Bath & Body products that have been opened.

Additionally, Electrical items (such as Clippers, Trimmers, Curlers & Stylers) may only be returned if they are faulty or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send your return without this authorisation.
  3. Package and Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include all relevant documents, and mail your return to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return postage costs.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please indicate this in your email to us. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item. If the exchange item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or charge the balance accordingly.
