Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products once the seal has been broken or if they have been used:
  • Deodorant
  • Bath & Shower Gel
  • Bath Oils & Soaks
  • Bubble Bath
  • Electric Toothbrushes (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
  • All other Bath & Body products that have been opened or used
Electrical items (such as Clippers, Trimmers, Curlers & Stylers) may only be returned if they are faulty or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send your return without this authorisation.
  3. Package and Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include all relevant documents, and mail your return to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return postage costs.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your payment provider:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please indicate this in your email to us. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item. If the exchange item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or charge the balance accordingly.
